How to use
Dispense four to five table spoons-roughly into a bowl, to accompany with your selection of fresh fruits, creamy base from dairy to vegetal alternatives.
Pairs greatly as a topping to ice creams, brownies and other sweet creations for an additional burst of flavor and crunch.
Our Ingredients
-
Raw Chocolate
The cocoa selected is characterized by beans that are highly aromatic. This makes an exquisite chocolate from local plantations at São Tome; that is grinded and transformed right here by hand in gothenburg from organic beans and raw organic cane.
-
Piemonte Hazelnuts IGP
In our granola, we use the most prized variety of hazelnuts called the Tonda Gentile Trilobata, grown in the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy.
Harvested in early september this year, we carefully roast them to perfection.
Only fresh and genuine produce.
-
Organic Tonka
Tonka is a flat, wrinkled grain from centennial South American trees with an outsize flavor. The tiniest shavings erupt in a Broceliande of transporting, mystical aromas.
The temperature-sensitive taste of the tonka bean is mesmerizing.
One can register the aromas of vanilla, cherry, almond, and something spicy—a bit like cinnamon.
