Refund policy

RETURNS 

When purchasing in our online store, the Distance Trading Act applies, which means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase or part of it within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the product. 

Upon return, the product must be in as good a condition as when you received it, ie unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.


Refunds are normally made within 1-5 working days after the reception of the package, but no later than within 30 days after we have received and approved the return. Refund of the order amount is made after approved return. Granolab is not responsible for any transport damage during return shipment, therefore send your return well packaged.

When buying an item that is not in stock (pre-orders), is custom-made / ordered or otherwise adapted for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply. 

Gift cards should have not been used to be eligible for a refund.


To make a return:
1. Contact our customer service and request a return shipping note and return form. 
2. Fill in the return form. Make sure that the information is correct and clear.
3. Pack the product properly, use a protective transport packaging, equivalent to what the product was delivered to you. Do not forget to enclose the return form in your package.
4. Return the item to Granolab using the return shipping note you received.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you as a customer are always responsible for the return shipping, the return cost is variable, based on the size of your purchase and includes VAT. Return shipping is adjusted with the refund of your purchase. Returns are usually made in the same way as the goods are transported to you.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.

DAMAGED GOODS DURING TRANSPORT

Important :
Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us, you have to have the damage noted on your bill of lading from the shipping company in connection with the receipt. Ask the driver to note the damage. If you would discover hidden defects / transport damages after opening the package, communicate this as soon as possible to us.

For any transport damage, contact info@granolab.se with, attached to the e-mail, clear pictures of the damage along with your order number. For us to be able to claim damaged goods to the shipping company, we need to notify transport damage within 1-3 work days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within that time.

without such endorsement, by proxy, the damage may not be claimed.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
