Green is the color of patience.
Born from the volcanic soil of Etna, Pīsta 4 is a lush, emerald paste of five pure ingredients. Pistacchio di Bronte at 55%, the Green Gold of Sicily, harvested only every two years from the ancient terraces of Mount Etna, ground slowly into cream. Blended with caramelized white chocolate, raw panela sugar, flower of salt, and a thread of vanilla caviar.
Nothing more than necessary.
